Card Tings is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.
What We Collect
- Your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses when you place an order.
- What you bought and when.
- Basic technical information, like cookies that keep items in your cart.
Payments
Payments are processed by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to them and is never stored on our website. Apple Pay and Google Pay work the same way.
How We Use It
- To process, pack and ship your order.
- To send order confirmations, tracking numbers and replies to your questions.
- To prevent fraud and keep records required for tax and accounting.
We never sell your information. We only share what’s needed to complete your order: your address with our shipping carrier, and your payment details with our payment processor.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
