These terms apply when you use cardtings.com or buy from Card Tings. By placing an order or making an offer, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns and Privacy Policy.
Who We Are
Card Tings is an online trading card shop based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are online only and don’t have a storefront. You can reach us any time at support@cardtings.com.
Your Account
- Please give us accurate details and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Some features, like making offers, Interac e-Transfer and the wishlist, need an account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that abuse offers, codes, payments or our team.
The Cards We Sell
- For singles and graded cards, photos show the exact card you will receive. Sealed product may be shown with a stock image of the same item. Colours can look slightly different from screen to screen.
- Graded cards are sold with the grade on the label. A grade is the grading company’s opinion. We don’t guarantee the same grade if a card is cracked out, regraded or reholdered.
- Raw (ungraded) cards are sold as pictured. Please check the photos to judge centering, corners, edges and surface for yourself.
- Sealed product is sold factory sealed. Pack contents are random and we don’t guarantee any pulls.
Prices and Payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you pick another currency, the amount is converted at checkout.
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
- We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, for logged-in customers in Canada, Interac e-Transfer.
- Interac e-Transfer orders must be paid within 48 hours. Unpaid orders are cancelled and the card goes back on sale.
- If a price or listing is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have paid.
Orders
- Most cards are one of a kind, so the first completed payment gets the card.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order we believe is fraudulent or breaks these terms. If we do, you get a full refund.
Offers
- Members can make an offer on eligible cards. We can accept, decline or counter any offer.
- If we accept, or you accept our counter-offer, you get a one-time code by email. It works once, only with your account email, only on that card and only for 3 days.
- An accepted offer doesn’t hold the card. It stays for sale until someone checks out, so use your code quickly.
- Counter-offers expire after 3 days.
- Codes can’t be combined with other coupons, sold or shared.
Shipping, Duties and Delivery
- Every order ships with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier or customs.
- Orders of $500 or more ship with signature required on delivery.
- Orders outside Canada may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by your country. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping.
- If a package is refused or returned because the address was wrong or duties weren’t paid, we refund the item price minus the original and return shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final, except in the cases listed in our Refunds & Returns policy.
Payment Disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please email us first so we can fix it. If a chargeback or dispute is opened, we will share tracking, photos and our records with the payment provider.
Cards Listed on Other Platforms
Some of our cards are also listed on Fanatics Collect or eBay. If you buy through one of those platforms, that platform’s terms and buyer policies apply to the purchase.
Loyalty Points
Points are earned on eligible purchases and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Points have no cash value and can’t be transferred. We may change the points program at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
